Draft customer replies from approved policies, ready for a human check.

PROJECT 03

FAQ answers

Use supplied sources and a clear fallback for unanswered questions.

PROJECT 04

Content drafts

Turn approved facts into a short post with a relevant call to action.

PROJECT 05

Weekly reports

Calculate metrics first, then draft a careful business summary.

A practical learning method

Inspect the input.
Review the result.

Learn where simple rules are enough, where AI can help, and how to check a result before using it. Practice with fictional business examples before connecting your own accounts.

Business input → AI draft → Human review

The templates stop at a reviewable output. You will also learn how to plan reliable handoffs, handle errors and estimate running costs.

Start with practice mode

Each template includes a fixed, simulated AI response for inspecting the workflow without a paid model call. Optional live API setup is explained separately.

Template transformations and validation passed 51 local logic checks. Importing into your n8n version, paid model calls and external-account connections require your own setup and testing. The toolkit includes the test report and checklist.

Who this is for

Bring a repeatable task.

  • Business owners organizing enquiries and routine reporting
  • Marketers preparing accurate, reviewable content
  • Freelancers building practical automation skills

You should be comfortable using web applications and editing simple fields. Templates include JavaScript with guided explanations; basic familiarity with JSON helps. This is an introductory implementation course, not a promise of zero technical work.

You need a computer, internet access and your own n8n environment. An optional live model connection requires a supported provider account and separate usage charges.

Your final project

One workflow.
A clear operating plan.

Adapt one project, document its inputs and limits, run at least ten test cases, review a sample output and prepare a cost estimate and handover.

Included format: written lessons, practical exercises, downloadable templates and self-assessment. Videos, live coaching, personal grading, accredited certification, software subscriptions and a production deployment service are not included.

Before you enroll

Common questions

Do the templates run without a paid AI account?

The demo branch uses fixed sample responses and makes no model call. Your chosen n8n plan or hosting may have fees. To generate new answers with the optional live branch, configure your own provider credentials and pay its applicable usage charges.

Are these ready-to-deploy customer service bots?

They are practice templates for learning and adaptation. They use manual triggers and finish with pending human review. They do not automatically send emails, write to a CRM, publish posts or expose a public chatbot. Live business deployment requires environment-specific testing and the controls taught in the course.

What does the testing cover?

The toolkit includes 51 passing checks of local transformation and validation logic, graph references and safe defaults. Full n8n import/runtime, live paid API calls and your connected applications are separate checks for your environment. Model-generated facts still need human review.

Will this guarantee time savings or income?

No. You will learn to measure time, quality and costs against your own baseline. Results depend on the task, data, implementation and ongoing review.
